We had a great 4Th of July this year...We stayed home and did our own fireworks. No traffic or sitting around entertaining the kids and waiting to see fireworks.
The so prefer doing there own.
We started by making our own flags.
Brady had a wavy flag.
Alex had a heart flag.
Fireworks.........
Sparklers...the kids love these ones because they can hold them and be that close to the action

no fair that you were in shorts! We were bundled up with blankets!
I agree that kids would prefer the small ones they get to do and yet we usually do the crazy crowds. Looks like lots of fun
